Google Ads API - Blocked IPs

I'm looking for a PHP developer who knows and has used the PHP version of the Google Ads API.
We use the tracking URL to record all IPs of traffic, we want to blog every click, spread across every campaign in that account.
Your job is to create a script that reads our database table for each account and then automatically block IP's. Once 500 are set, it'll replace the oldest ones.
