Google ADS API PHP

I need a function in pure php, without using the google lib to perform these 2 actions:

Create/Update a list of buyer customers: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#visitors_who_took_specific_actions

Create/Update a list of similar customers based on email and address https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#customer_match_with_email_address_address_or_user_id
