GoHighLevel + ViciDial Integration & Automated Follow-Up Setup

I’m looking for a skilled freelancer to integrate ViciDial with GoHighLevel and set up automated follow-up workflows using WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
We’re using ViciDial to generate leads from cold calls. When a lead is marked "interested", I want that lead to be automatically pushed into my GoHighLevel sub-account, where a follow-up automation should start immediately.
Scope of Work:
Integrate ViciDial → GoHighLevel (via API, webhook, or automated export/import)
Ensure leads from ViciDial appear in the correct GHL pipeline
Create WhatsApp-first automated follow-up, followed by email and SMS
Set up custom fields if needed
Build clean, scalable automation inside GoHighLevel
Requirements:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM setup and automation
Experience with ViciDial or similar dialers (understanding data structure/API access)
Ability to complete work quickly — this is an urgent task
Good English communication and ability to provide updates
