We have a
1. A user inputs information on our ‘patient intake order form’ hosted via our website form built through GHL forms.
2. The submitted information should automatically get filled out on a PDF document by (Mapping Fields in the pdf to correspond with the right document)
3. That PDF Document should be sent back / saved under the same user account within our GHL CRM system.
4. A Copy of the pdf needs to be made and stored in our box account
5. A link needs to be added to the contact record in our ghl to access the pdf.
