GoHighLevel CRM Customization & Integration Support
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need an expert to assist with a GoHighLevel CRM implementation for my B2B business. The user account is already established and the existing customers have been imported. The project will require 4-8 hours of work per week over 8 weeks, focusing on:
- Workflow Customization: Initial set-up and customization aimed at improving the user experience. This will include automated lead follow-up, sales pipeline stages, and customer segmentation.
- Email Calendar Functionality: Prioritizing the set-up and customization of the Outlook 365 email to calendar function.
- User Interface Design: Enhancing the layout and organization of the interface for better usability.
- Creation of suite of marketing templates for future campaigns
- New user training support to assist our team in maximizing CRM capabilities
These elements will be integral to the successful implementation of the CRM. Flexibility with schedule is available, however timely completion of tasks is critical. Ideally, you would have prior experience with GoHighLevel CRM, strong skills in workflow customization and user interface design, and be comfortable with integrating and testing email calendar functionality.
