1. Project Description

Upgrade and maintain an existing GoDaddy-hosted website with live collaboration.
The goal is to:

Set up and verify FTP hosting.

Enable easy content editing.

Implement a secure payment gateway.

Add a document-management feature.

Perform all development live in front of the client via Zoom for transparency and immediate feedback.

2. Access & Environment

Domain & Hosting: Managed in GoDaddy.

FTP Access: Connect with Cyberduck (or similar FTP client).

Credentials:

GoDaddy login and FTP details will be provided securely during a Zoom session.

Backup: Full site backup required before any edits.

3. Working Method

Live Development:

All coding, configuration, and changes will be performed during a Zoom call with the client present.

The developer will share their screen, explain each step, and apply changes immediately for client review.

Review & Sign-off:

Each user story is demonstrated and accepted on the call.

4. User Stories & Pricing

Each story is priced at $5, for a total $25. Payment is only for successfully delivered stories.

5 Document Upload/Management Add a feature to upload and display downloadable documents (PDF, DOCX). $5
5. Deliverables

Live-updated website running on the GoDaddy domain.

Written instructions for editing content and uploading documents.

Confirmed working payment gateway.

6. Payment Terms

$5 per completed and accepted story.

Payment only for successfully delivered stories after live demonstration and client sign-off.

7. Timeline

Work begins after the initial Zoom session and credentials hand-off.

Target: 1–2 business days per story (schedule to be agreed in the first call).

8. Additional Notes

SSL (HTTPS) must be active for secure transactions.

Provide up to 7 days of post-deployment bug-fix support.
