Gmail extraction script

I need a gmail api or urlfetch script that will extract all sender mail adresses from a mailbox im logged in to and save them to the attached spreadsheet, process 250 or so headers, save to 2d array, sort them remove duplicates and spit them out to the spreadsheet
Save the index/offset to the second row of the sheet, so when the runtime is close, it can resume from the position where it stopped.
It must be able to process the entire inbox.
When script starts, look for existing index read in the adresses already found from sheet and compare with the new that are found so we dont get duplicates all the time, then resume at the saved index/offset.
