We want Gmail Apps integration in my CRM, So user can sink their all gmail email with our CRM and can send email from our CRM. and what ever email they getting those email we can sink with CRM so all in coming out going conversation go throw CRM and track inside the CRM.
We only need consulting help as solution, As we have our inhouse developer doing it, you need to help them.
