Glover Codecanyon Multicategory System ONDC Plugins Development

I'm looking for an experienced Laravel developer to create two plugins for the Glover system, which is based on Laravel and apps are based on Flutter. These plugins should implement the ONDC functionality for order notification and catalog synchronization.
Glover is based on Laravel and Livewire. Project needs to be done in 7-10 days.

ONDC Order sync, Notification Plugin & allied

- ONDC Notification Plugin & allied: The primary function of the ONDC order notification plugin is to trigger webhooks for third-party integration. When order is received, forward the order to ONDC dashboard of seller, and sync order status, delivery tracking from ONDC dashboard.
-Create an option in vendor account to add their ONDC seller ID for order sync to work.
ONDC Catalog sync & Seller registration:
Budget : INR4000
- The catalog sync plugin should ensure that all catalog elements are in sync with ONDC. This includes product inventory, product descriptions, pricing details, images, stocks and variations.
- Add an API to allow seller registration on ONDC while registering for vendor on platform
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Laravel and Livewire. Apps are in Flutter so if dev knows flutter it will be useful.
- Prior experience with creating plugins for Glover system is a plus.
- Experience with ONDC and understanding of webhooks.
- Knowledge of e-commerce catalog management.
Its quick work and anyone who has worked with ONDC should be able to execute it quickly. Glover already has full fledged ordering and product management, with db structure etc. Dev just needs to implement the ONDC sync functions and some new db fields. Project needs to be done in 7 days.
