Global Sanus Conect -- 2
Budget: €5,000 – €10,000 EUR
I want to develop an application, a website and a platform that will connect family doctors, the national health insurance company, pharmacies and patients through the digitization of compensated prescriptions for medicines.
this requires the creation of a platform that has an estimated number of 5 million users.
it is necessary to create the following interfaces:
1) end user interface (patients)
2) the pharmacy interface that will be closely connected with the patient interface
3) the interface of family doctors
4) interface to the National Health Insurance House (reporting interface, data collection and verification).
users will be identified based on the Personal Numeric Code.
The protection of personal data must be taken into account.
end user interface presentation:
personal profile - in which all historical information related to purchased medicines, treatments, diseases and other vital information will be recorded.
the user will have the possibility to make part of this information public or not.
The end user will have the opportunity to verify the quality of the health insurance by accessing the databases for verification.
the end user will be able to request the issuance of compensated prescriptions from the family doctor and its issuance in the digital system.
the issuing of compensated networks by querying the lists of compensated drugs (100%, 90%, 50%, 25%) will be done through a digital system with electronic signatures (on the basis of qualified certificates). the networks will be directly reported to the National Health Insurance House, when issuing the prescription and purchasing the medicines by making the settlement documents directly to the pharmacy that issues the medicine.
the detailing of this project contains many particularities that need to be realized, which I would like to develop only after establishing the working method, possible budgets, time and the necessary infrastructure.
