Glide app / google script extention SCRIPT/CODE

i am looking for someone who is an expert with codes/scripts.
I just only need a code/script FOR MY GOOGLE SHEET EXTENTIONS,
for text notifications to let admins know when to check the app, when they are online in the app, that a ride has been posted.

I already have a Glide App done with that part missing. Please help me.
