Get two old cubecart sites functioning

Moved two OLD cubecart sites from our old vps to a new vps and now cant get them running. I have installed the correct PHP version for them but the sites are not showing just a white page that says "It Works"

Just need someone to get them going again on the new server.

This is just for quotes for now it is probably just db connection issues.
