Get information from League of Legends API

Hi! We are looking for a wordpress/woocommerce developer to make a plugin that can extract information (icon, pictures, videos and content) from League of Legends API (https://developer.riotgames.com/docs/lol) like champion with stats and skills, items, summoners, emblems and user stats.
I would like to get that info in elementor builder and in Classic Editor to put the shortcodes o something like that to just drag and drop the information that i would need in that moment.
For example the items is showing like that: https://blitz.gg/lol/champions/Thresh and when you mouse over it must be shown a tool tip with the specific information from each item or skill.
Other example is to extract information from a summoner name like https://blitz.gg/lol/profile/la2/CallHimTheDevil
