Get Facebook and Instagrams leads in our CRM. -- 2

I'm looking for a contractor to help me run a project get leads via social media ads into our customer relationship management (CRM) system. The source of these leads will be targeted advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. We'll need to capture the customer's name, phone number and email, but we're not sure if we'll need filters to target qualified leads or not. If you think that filters would be beneficial, please let us know in your bid.
CRM Info: CRM developed in core php with oops.
Need to develop:
Settings: Under setting user can save the credentials / key /API / Campaign ID of facebook and insta to get the leads. Looks like the image we are sharing of MagicBricks, we required one more button after SMS.
User can also view the analytics / report / activity which is provided by the facebook or instagram.
Lead section: Captured leads need to insert into our CRM database and show into fresh leads section.
