Geolocation programing needed

I have started a website for the Ukraine refugees. The site allows refugees to sign up, and allows potential hosts in different countries, to sign up. I want the refugees to be able to see on a map available hosts locations. Not exact, but general location. Then they should be able to click on it to send the host a message.
