Geodirectory or Hivepress website created into my site in place of job board plugin.

I am looking for someone to change my site that was in the process of being built. I am creating a directory website that allows landlords to see rental history of tenants. The landlords can also add reviews and read the reviews on the tenants that have been left by other landlords and see data information about the tenants. Each tenant will be uploaded from our database with their information already uploaded based upon our data. The landlords will be able to see these tenants already in the system. The landlords will be able to search these tenants. If a landlord searches a tenant and they are not in the system they will have the option to add the tenant.
When adding a tenant a prompt needs to be created asking the landlord to give details about the tenant, name, rental period, review etc,.(The prompt will be given when project is started.)
The landlords will be charged a monthly subscription to be able to access the site.
My site is currently on wordpress and I would like to stay with wordpress using geodirectory or hivepress. I am needing to see sites you have built using either plug in.
