Generation MLM Laravel Application with integrated Referral System. Application uses Vcard as Prouct with payment gateway

i want a laravel application that allows user to create a Vcard. this vCard is premium and is required to be purchased. once purchased if user is referred by anyone, give that user some proportion of money.
