General and universal MVC solution on php for test database

We need a PHP-based MVC backend solution for a simple relational database. This solution should be generic and adaptable to different database configurations, with the ability to handle additional fields in tables as needed. The project should serve as a proof of concept for an operational web application, with logged-in user access and the ability to display data in generic grids and page control components. Additionally, the project should include the functionality outlined in the attached documentation.
