Gaming web Application

I need a gaming web application as like winapp1.com. You have to register first to see the game other wise its only a ecommerce showcase . In this game we choose a number and bid on it and bot randomly pic a number in every 3 min and that player win and what ever the amount is paid to the player. I need this application in 10 days .
