Gaming/Streaming help - Stream is lagging

Stream is lagging when playing call of duty but not other games. I hired an agent on here already that changed my Nvidia from auto to graphics card and that seemed to fix the issue but then he ran a system scan and found errors that needed fixed and fixed those but now it’s lagging again. I need someone with experience in gaming, streaming, Nvidia, GeForce, and OBS/Streamlabs
