Gaming Clans top 100 Listings Interface Designer Needed

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me complete a nearly finished project for redoing the top 100 listings for gaming clans. This project doesn't involve creating a search engine. Instead, I want a simple interface where clans or squads can upload their banner and logo along with their clans and communities. The coding for mysql redone and working the site after that project is done i will keep you for longer projects

Requirements for the interface:
- Clans/squads can upload:
- Banner
- Logo
- Description
- Social media links

- Organization:
- All games and platforms (e.g. Destiny 2, Apex Legends, COD, Rocket League on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X)

- Display options:
- Both grid and list views

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with gaming culture and clans
- Basic understanding of web design
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface

One more thing i can pay milestone by two months i release all the money when done i will pay upto 200.00 no more then that two milestone at 100.00 each milestone
