Gallery Breaks when you Try to load up 2nd Set - React js / PHP Laravel Web App

The gallery on my web app works fine when you upload one but when you try to add the 2nd one it breaks.
I need someone to fix this and make the gallery images load up faster.
Right now everything is loading up slow.
Also I need you to update the popup error modal for when you try to upload an image that has too many names in the file.
This web app is made with react js, php laravel, And i recently setup docker as well. Knowing Docker is not mandatory but its a plus if you know about it.
I have some more bugs that needs to be fixed plus more features that i plan on adding in the future. Long term work is available if you do a good job with fair pricing for both sides.
I need you to speak perfect english because communication skills is very important to me.
So to make things clear i need you to do 3 things
1) fix the gallery so it doesnt break and i can add as just gallery items as i want.
2) update popup modal to another one that is already setup on my website. ( I attached screenshot of it. It shows "Error" with red X)
3) make the gallery images load up faster. Right now everything takes forever and goes slowly.
4) I also need 2 more Small Bugs fixed as well. Please see the attached pdf
