GabbiPay Integration for Laravel Site

Dear All,
I have a Laravel PHP payment gateway website. www.GabbiPay.com
It's integrated with many payments gateway as third-party, but I just enabled PayPal and Stripe for my merchants and soon will provide PayTabs when I found a developer to integrate it with my script.
*** FOR NOW:
I need someone to integrate a payment page as following features:
1- Merchant can create his payment page from his dashboard so he can receive payment from his clients.
2- Merchant can upload his logo to be shown in the payment page.
3- Merchant name to be shown in the payment page.
3- Custom amount entry.
4- Payer can choose the payment gateway from the available ones for now.
5- Text filed so the payer have to write reason of this payment.
