GServes Website Overhaul -- 2

I am looking for a developer to overhaul my current website, gserves.com. The site is currently built on a full-scale e-commerce framework which is no longer required. I want to "flip" the site into a lightweight, professional, static landing page that focuses on service offerings and drives all traffic to our WhatsApp Chatbot.

Key Deliverables:
Static Conversion: Rebuild the existing homepage content into a fast-loading static site (using HTML/Tailwind, Astro, or similar). Remove all e-commerce backend/logic.

AWS Deployment: Host the static files on AWS S3/CloudFront.

HTTPS Fix: Resolve the current SSL/HTTPS issues via AWS Certificate Manager and GoDaddy DNS.

UI/UX Replication: Replicate existing sections: Service Offerings, Why GServes, Why Not GServes, and Customer Testimonials.

WhatsApp Integration: Clear "Call-to-Action" (CTA) buttons throughout the page that link directly to our WhatsApp Business API.

Technical Requirements:
Domain: GoDaddy (DNS management).

Hosting: AWS (S3, CloudFront, Route 53).

Performance: 90+ Score on Google PageSpeed Insights.

Responsive: Must be perfectly optimized for mobile (primary traffic source).
