We are looking for a developer who is experienced with building Shopify apps and is ready to take on a new project.
We want to build an application on Shopify that is trained on a language model using OpenAI GPT 3, and can answer customer service questions sent to us via email, chat, or text.
This will require knowledge of the Shopify API, OpenAI API, and APIs for support tools such as Zendesk.
We will need the application to have webhooks/triggers for events in Shopify/Zendesk, pull data from the model trained using OpenAI, and respond via Zendesk API.
It will also need a business facing UI that allows businesses/clients to upload data for training their own model (customer service interactions, knowledge base, FAQs) as well allow for programmed automatic responses to certain queries.
