GPS tracking Software -- 2

GPS tracking complete software, based on server client architecture. GPS/4G devices connects to server by TCP IP socket connection, and also PWA app connect to same server. PWA will be based on different privileges access depend if administrator, call center operator or the final customer accessing the app. Google maps and open street maps should be implemented.
Experience in similar project developed previously is a must.
