GPS Traccar IoT Modification API portal

I need modifications on the existing Live GPS Traccar IoT system. The tasks include:

Device Customization
- Create a custom Device ID.

Timezone Adjustment
- Change Device Time & Server Time from UTC to Indian Time in the API.

Testing
- Add and test a new device. work properly after ssl integration to run api

Deployment
- Publish the modified system on the portal.

SSL Integration
- Provide free auto-renew SSL integration with HTTPS.

Home Page Edits
- Edit the home page by removing existing text and adding new graphical elements. Layout changes are also needed.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Traccar and IoT systems
- Proficiency in API development and timezone handling
- Web development skills for SSL and home page adjustments
- Strong testing background to ensure smooth device integration
- Graphic design skills for adding new elements
