GCP Specialist for API Restorations -- 2

Looking for someone familiar with GCP. Particularly, you should be an expert with dealing with Google Cloud errors and Gunicorn errors. Our APIs are down and we have been unsuccessful at restoring them consistently. We want them back up and running as soon as possible.

Highest! Customers are unable to sign in or sign up. We have to resolve ASAP.

Background
The issues are with 3-4 API endpoints related to authentication/registration. We believe the main cause is that we are at 100% CPU usage. These endpoints may need to be rewritten. Our database and queries need optimizations. Below are some of the errors we have witnessed. We have already quadrupled our database storage size. We do not think this is an issue we can just throw money at and solve. We need a real expert who can look over what we have developed and then resolve the root cause of the problem. We need a self starter, and someone who can make ACCURATE time estimates.
