Functions Website + integrate my python bots

I need a developer who can integrate functions for PHP/laravel on my website , it is not ready yet , but I need someone to start with after the website is ready , so I need to add functions on the website and integrate my python bots on the website to send to the website and back to the "buyer panel and admin panel" , I mention the website and the bots are not ready , but I need someone capable that I will work with. i can pay around $400-500
