Fully redesign the website

We have wordpress site and its doing good [www.brizleavers.com.au] but we want to redesign the website, with full responsive theme and have to keep some custom plugin. We want it to look more modern and professional. Currently, this website has lot of issue as the theme is very old . Need a developer who can handle full website

- The developer should have good knowledge of coding.
- Also need to do product entry
