Key Responsibilities:
Real-time Chat System:
Design and optimize chat rooms (group/private)
Implement unread messages, typing indicators, online/offline status
Real-time updates using WebSocket (Laravel Echo / Pusher / Socket.IO)
Chatbot & API Integration:
Integrate AI-driven chatbot (OpenAI / GPT)
Connect Fchat with third-party CRM and CMS systems
Admin & User Dashboards:
User management: registration, login, profile edits, role-based access
Analytics panel: chat metrics, user activity, performance reports
Payment & Subscription:
Implement payment gateway (PayPal, bank transfer)
Manage subscription plans and access levels
Optimization & Maintenance:
Debugging, performance tuning, upgrading Laravel version
Containerization via Docker and CI/CD pipeline setup
✨ Ideal Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Redis
Frontend stack: Vue.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
WebSocket expertise for real-time interactions
