As a Fullstack Developer on the team you will:
Report directly to our head of Engineering and collaborate with our close-knit technology team.
Build the front and back end of leading-edge web applications for high-traffic public facing websites
Work with our Product and Marketing teams to define, scope and develop web and mobile web features.
Work with our Editorial team to deliver content management tools and UI features.
Participate in system and platform architecture, as well as cloud-based infrastructure design and management.
Help take our website to the next level.
Identify and fix application performance issues.
Help mentor and oversee the work of junior developers on the team, and assist in educating non-tech team members on different aspects of technology as needed
Effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience as needed.
Quickly research and learn new programming tools and techniques as needed.
Assist with code releases where needed, including rolling and testing.
Work 100% remotely. Collaborate fluidly and effectively across an all-remote workforce.
