Full-stack web design on tight budget. Perfect for new freelancer
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We're looking for someone who can build our business a new website from scratch. Our current website is crimenet.net but we will be making major changes to the site during the rebuild. Our business provides a database of criminal records to customers, who pay each time they search for a record.
The new site has three key components:
Landing page:
Responsive mobile friendly landing page
Contact, about, pricing, signup pages following same design
UI has already been determined (see attached mockup)
Search functionality:
Ability for customers to create accounts
Ability for customers to purchase searches and/or subscriptions to access database
Implementation of stripe payment gateway
Existing customer accounts must be migrated without loss of balances or requirement for customers to reset passwords
Back-end:
Creation of gui for staff to upload new records to various database tables
Ability to create two levels of staff accounts (admin accounts, and staff accounts with limited permissions)
Migration of current database (contains 100,000 records, text + images)
Addition of further 3,000,000 text records to be incorporated as a new table (currently these are in csv format)
Ability to export database tables as CSV files for backup purposes
Other requirements:
Ability to geoblock countries for regulatory reasons
3 months of support for any issues that arise after deployment
Initial setup of hosting, cPanel access and domain email accounts
Minimal or no downtime during deployment
Google analytics or similar to track user metrics
We're operating on a tight budget, so we're open to creative solutions that reduce the cost of the project. We are also happy to work with someone new to the platform, as long as you have sufficient experience in other areas to demonstrate that you can complete the task successfully.
