Full stack experienced Freelancer (Web based, Android and Windows)

Good evenings.

I am looking for an experienced and resourceful freelance developer based to join the team as the lead developer in our Imagine Digital Signage application

We have created our own web-based software application that works on Windows, Android, Linux, and LG Web OS. - soft launch link - www.imaginesignage.com

- If you have digital signage experience this will be ideal (this is not building a website)
- Fluent English speaking
- We would like to work with a freelancer, not a company (paid hourly)
- Proven development experience (sample of similar works required)
- Experience in Android: java | Windows: c# | - Web-based CMS: PHP/JS, HTML and CSS
- Experience in RSS/XML will be an advantage.

Someone reliable, hard-working, English speaking, and skilled.

Some of the tasks;
- SAAS completion,
- Linking of players to CMS
- CMS alterations/improvements
