Full stack developers to finish a project

We need a development team to end ( in three weeks) a full stack project of iOS, android, and a website. we have the coding. We need a team to tie the ends (with 95% of the project is covered). Which includes the flowing:

- Review the RFI for the project and Make sure that all the requirements and any added features are met and running without errors or glitches.

- hyper-pay integration
- E- invoice with special features and requirements (government guideline will be provided)
- Enhancement of the UI
- Fix any errors or glitches
- Upload 3000 questions and 3000 videos in Arabic.
- Upload 3000 questions and 3000 videos in English.
- The developer will also cover registration in apple store, google play, and website domain.
- The developer should provide a one year support that can be renewed later covering at least the following:

1- updating questions and uploading more
2- fix problems
3- make weekly backup for DB
4- fix issues and bugs
5- do minor upgrades of the software
6- Run all necessary tests like loading and stress tests.

Any candidate should show why they should be considered.
