Full stack developer needed to build a new website

I'm looking for a professional web builder, who helps me to build a website where we serve photo editing services. Users should be able to sign up and log in to their own profile. Where they can

• Request for a free sample
• Upload images upon order and images will be transfer to our premium dropbox account
• Make payment online using their credit or debit card
• Can generate invoice upon complete their order

** Requirements
Experience with PHP Laravel, HTML, JavaScript, MYSQL, SSH, and Ubuntu command line. Ability to work quickly with no minimal oversight. Proficient in ubuntu servers and terminal commands

** Expectations **

• I don't want you to keep unused JavaScript or CSS in the file manager. and I want a TOP score on google page insight either mobile or desktop version.

• I liked this website feature and their gallery's before and after script. [ https://www.clippingusa.com ]

• I want to have a real time chat option to that website so people can talk with agents directly. If we connect Facebook or WhatsApp. Remember it will not slow that website.

• I've attached a file to show you a mock up, what I want to have on the Menu Bar. Also I've an introduction video where it describes my services.

I've my own logo and all before and after gallery files to start with.

Please show me some of your previous work, suggest to me cost and approximate time to build this website. I am not in a rush.
