Full stack developer

Job description:
We are looking for a full stack developer to build a simple offline mobile web application. The application should allow the user to choose a word from a pre-determined pool of words (drag the word to place it in a box), then choose an arrow to point to one (or two) box(es), which will need to be filled by words from a different pool of words (again the user drags the word to the boxes). The choices of the user need to be stored in a database.
Important features:
1. The application needs to work perfectly offline (and sync data when the device has internet connection), because it will be used in an environment without access to internet.
2. The stored data (the user’s choices) should be available to download in csv format or dta.
3. The frontend should be self-explanatory/user friendly.
Accepted languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Java and python
