Full-stack React + PHP engineer for news project

Our news project is focused on transparency of information, highlighting bias, misinterpretation and omissions. We want to create a better world by influencing media companies to do a better job. Our site allows users to tailor the feed to their new diet.
We are non for profit organisation, we don't do ads, subscription fees or ask our users for a donation.
We are looking for an engineer who is experienced in building responsive layouts with React on the frontend, using our PHP backend and the API. We will expect you to build the features vertically, all the way from modifying the MySQL table structure, updating PHP API layer and of course building the responsive frontend for our users to enjoy.
