Full stack Developer (Laravel, PHP, MYSQL) On-Demand Logistic app

I have an on-demand logistics app that has user app, partner app and web interface (admin). I need a couple of functionalities implemented - one each on user and partner app. The requirements are detailed out very clearly and will be shared subsequent to interest received.

Pls note that I will not be releasing any advance payment. I will be making payments only via freelancer by creating milestone payments.
