As a dedicated client, I'm seeking a proficient full-stack web developer who can provide equal attention to both, the frontend and backend development of my project. A good balance between aesthetic appeal (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and smooth functionality (Drupal, PHP, Linux) is desired.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
-Diagnose and resolve software-related issues related to our POS software, backend Drupal, PHP, and Linux environments.
-Assist customers in troubleshooting hardware integrations with our POS software. Guide customers through the setup and customization of the POS software to meet their specific business needs.
-Document user guides/troubleshooting instructions as part of our knowledge base and collaborate with the CTO to resolve technical issues.
-Continuously expand your knowledge of our POS software, backend technologies, and frontend skills and provide feedback to the product team on customer pain points and suggestions for improvement.
I expect candidates for this undertaking to hold a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development, and Drupal, PHP, Linux expertise for the backend development. A successful execution of this project relies on your ability to manage and integrate complex features.
Relevant certifications and practical experience in Drupal, PHP, Linux, and frontend technologies will also be considered.
