Full Stack Web Developer needed ( Native Arabic Speaker Prefered) -- 2

I am looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer, preferably a native Arabic speaker, to help me with my project. Here are the details:

Programming Languages:
- Expertise in Angular-HTML5-CSS3-JAVASCRIPT-JQUERY-BOOTSTRAP-PHP-SQLite-AJAX-JSON-API is required.

Specific Features:
- Changing Front end from old Design to a new Front End new Design ( Provided From my End )
- Link the new Front end with the Backend and do the required customization
- Add reCaptcha to verify user and prevent bots from accessing website
- prevent users from moving between files from the link by changing the filename
- Changing in Database that is SQLite Database with the new Modifications

Timeline:
- The preferred timeline for completing the project is within 3 days.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Angular-HTML5-CSS3-JAVASCRIPT-JQUERY-BOOTSTRAP-PHP-SQLite-AJAX-JSON-API is a must.
- Experience with functionality and user filling data is required.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs is necessary.
