Full-Stack Web Developer \ LAMP sole working dev required to join team

I am seeking an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer with expertise in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). The ideal candidate will be a sole working developer, capable of joining my team and contributing to the project without oversight. You MUST be able to debug every part of your code and UI fully.
The project could involve e-commerce, content management, and community platform development, though the primary focus has not yet been determined. As such, flexibility and creativity are highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have:
