Full-Stack TEAM needed For Wordpress Development. Also need UX/UI, etc. -- 2

THIS IS AN OFFER FOR LONG TERM COLLABORATION. WE HAVE TENS OF THOUSANDS OF $ SPENT ON OTHER PLATFORMS LIKE UPWORK (BUT ARE NEW TO FREELANCER).

We need a TEAM of people for long term work. For this job, we need to finish customizing a wordpress theme, which is relatively straightforward. Also, we have another site, for another project, involving different issues:

1) SQL database optimization.
a) Give us a proposal for optimizing the database as much as possible.
b) Backend changes not involving DB.

2) Plugins.
a) Verify usability of current plugins, remove unused ones, update useful ones, etc.

3) Site development. To be discussed. We have more than one site pending now. There is room for other projects in the future.

4) SEO. If you have SEO expertise, let us know.

The work you perform for the above items should be billed fairly and, preferably, hourly. We will need to have a video chat before starting work.

REQUIREMENTS:
Team of 5+ people from anywhere in the world, with expertise in various aspects of web development (UI/UX is a plus);
Full stack team;
English skills (excellent);
