Full Stack Php Developer for a Complete CRM Program

I am looking for a complete Customer Relationship Management.
wil be used for Cable, Cellphones, Solar, Internet and home security sales.
Would be capable to to manage lead generation, by phone, social media, walk in referals etc, would also have the capability to convert the lead to customers, schedule calls, schedule installs, equipments shipments, and managing inventory, as well as manage follow up task to the existing customers.
We would consider any PHP Framework, however Laravel, and Code Igniter are prefered.
Only serious and experience Full Stack developers Please.
