Full Stack PHP Developer

Looking for a reliable, smart and easy to work with full-stack PHP web developer to work with on a monthly retainer. I'm building out a payroll platform and need an extra pair of hands for integration and setting things up.

Couple things I'm looking for:
- At least 5+ years as a PHP developer
- Custom PHP, no frameworks
- Must know how to work with APIs (ex: Stripe, Dwolla, etc.)
- Someone with ideas, not just a doer, with an eye for design
- It's ok if you're abroad, but I need someone to work during eastern time zone (USA)
- Must speak English, great communication is a must
- Expertise in fintech or payroll systems a major plus
