1. Existing Upgrade - Use Laravel \ CodeIgniter to reqrite website with new front end and back end. Custom PHP to be changed. Object based framework based code. Site to be fully responsive( mobile, tablet, and desktop device) . mysql as a database and there will be a admin panel from where admin can upload products and all dynamic pages.
2. Ticket Management system for maintenance & Breakdown calls –
This will include full Service Portal for Customer issues – Raise Ticket Button to added on website for maintenance and Breakdown issue. Ticket logging and tracking, assigning, closing. All Project details to be displayed including option to add photos. Customer project tracking Like the Product offered by https://www.reqip.com/product/
3. Customer management Module -
Customer page to created with each Project Booking by our employees - Project Order details, entered by client or employee – Order stage
Complete project plan, Project Construction details – Execution Stage
SMS, email, integration for employee and client.
File Movement for each Dynamic stage - Net Meter process update to be made online and dynamic to be able to add stages for Customer File processing for Meter Installation. – mapping with Employee working portal for live project status include SMS updated – currently being done in google sheets.

1. Rewrute website in Laravel
2. Optimised website to increase speed
3.Ensure all features work and the website is bug free including shopping cart user registration etc.
4.Make website SEO complaint.
5.Do any other improvements.
6.Delete all old files and junk data from Panel – optimize server speed
Project Quality Check & Submission
1.. Project to be submitted after complete Testing and ensure a bug free delivery.
2. Do not expect client to do QA and then correct basic bugs. Any detailed quality check will not be done by client. Project will be rejected without payment if basic bugs are found meaning project sent without any QA or quality check without payment.
