I have a cms purchased script , visit the site and create an account as a freelancer and as an employer, and you will learn some features that need to be added like verification of accounts before you can post a job and verification of your payment method among other issues. the script is a similar of Upwork and fievr, i need to add what is missing and add one page

Freelancer
• Freelancer account be verified before sending proposal(profile be complete,education,skills and experience))
• Freelancer can create freelance company/agent under his profile
• Free 10 Connects for 10 jobs only (every month) free
• Freelancers can’t post jobs and projects.(they can only open for work if they need to post a project then compulsory need to register as a client )
• No display of freelancer contacts

• Employer
Account be verified, payment added before posting a job(, education, skills, and experience)
To post jobs only without any external job links
Remove external job links(that direct freelancers to jobs outside the website)
No display of client contacts(already done)


• Admin
 Employee’s roles-add employees(Manage Staff) and be able to assign roles whereby admin can still get access to those assigned roles (refer to
 Payments Integration and all record of transactions (add escrow and skrill and mpesa) paypal and stripe it's already there.
 Dispute sections(Manage Support Ticket)
 Notification or announcement (Email Manager, SMS Manager) can sent notification both in system and client and freelancer emails)
 Increase the security level of the system( 2FA Security)

• Plans
 Plan add & display as per your doc
 (Pop notification where preparing milestone)Client and freelancer to agree on commission whether to share the commission or not

communication
 provide Google meet and zoom for client and employee meetings and make some.
 If the client will not satisfied and the freelancer try to rob then we’ll listen to the appeal from both sides and make the decision to dispute the payment.
 Remove bugs, when a freelancer sends a proposal the client should see the proposal
 The system adds the number of viewers of each job every time you refresh, fix the bugs


Remove any link to code canyon or balancer or any external link
make sure that when a client pays the money will go to the escrow account (until the client approves the payment that is when it goes to the client) less our commission
