I am looking for an advanced Full Stack developer who is an Expert in Open Graph Meta Tags for Custom Social Sharing.

My previous developer has done a solution to share the share meta of the page that the share icons are on, as I understand. We need more advanced solution however to achieve the following Very custom and specific requirements:
Here is our high level requirements:
I have deployed several share buttons on particular pages (share buttons provided by social share plugin).
Essentially, I want to be able to set a custom Share Title, Description, Image and Destination URL in the backend wordpress console (inside a solution you develop), and set this separately for EACH share icon that I deploy on a page, via a shortcode.
When visitor clicks on any of these share icons, a custom Title, Description, Image and Destination URL will be posted on the social network, that I set in the backend.
Here are the userstories I want to achieve.
UserStories:
As a "Referrer/Sharer", I want to arrive at the share page, click any of the share buttons listed, so that I have the Image, Title, Description, and DestinationURL populated automatically for the social share network that I clicked.
As a "Referee/Sharee" of the "Referrer/Sharer", I want to be able to see the Custom Image, Title, Description, and DestinationURL shared by the referrer/sharer on any of the social platforms shared on, so that when I click, I am redirected to the destination url
As a Wordpress Admin, I want to be able to login to the backend of wordpress console, go into the xyz plugin, or a custom plugin that has been developed for this solution, and set the Image, the Title, Description, and Destination URL, separately for Each of the Social Share buttons and deploy a shortcode on a page I select.
