Full-Stack Developer for Scheduling Web-app
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We're looking for a full stack dev to design & create a scheduling web-app for in-house use in our business.
Please read the user story, everything below & review the Figma link for a better idea of what we're looking for. Please provide pricing. If you have questions, put it in your message and I'll reply.
Generic/Boilerplate proposals will be completely ignored.
User Story:
- User is redirected to the first page: Service selection.
- At service selection, user chooses what service they're looking for.
- After choosing, the system will pull data from a Google Calendar and determine available spots.
- The user is then ran through a multi-step form to capture data. This will be address first (to see if its within the service area), if yes, then name, email and phone number.
- For different services, different multi-step form and different questions.
- At the end, the user is presented with a thank you page.
- The system will then fire off the API to Zapier for confirmation of the service request.
- Zapier will then send us (the admins) the request through email. We can either approve, deny or reschudle the request. Depending on the response, user will recieve a confirmation, a denial or a rescheduling email or SMS.
Essential items:
- REStful API with ability to connect to Zapier.
- Admin panel to see all user data (does not need to be fancy at all, simple search with all data will do just fine). Can be a boilerplate/template.
- Ability to set availability (boilerplate/template) and service area (radius around the map or zip code list)
- Built light weight and responsive.
- Designed with modern design principles and UI. The more modern, the better.
- Ability to send email and SMS through Twilio & SendGrid.
- Gmaps auto-complete
- Google Calendar Integration
- Ability to change availability and settings (instant confirm, wait for confirmation from admin, etc)
- Ability for admins to click a button in an email to confirm, deny or reschedule
- Clean & scalable code.
Nice to have:
- Editable multi-step forms
- Multi-step form with simple python calculations (based on answers, do some math, then present some data)
- Editable services and service categories in admin panel
Who will be considered:
- Full stack developers. We're stack agnostic but prefer modern stacks.
- Back-end developers with no designers/front-end. We can hire someone else to do the Figma if needed but prefer to be all in one.
What proposals will be ignored:
- Generic proposals. Proposals with boilerplate text.
What is needed to be provided:
- Design & Development. Full code to be provided to us.
What's attached:
- Rough idea of the user story in Figma in the link below.
