Full Stack Developer for Property Compliance Platform

I'm seeking a backend-focused full stack developer to help build some features for our platform for NYC property owners to monitor compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Scraping: High-priority scraping of violation details, job filings, and compliance updates from NYC OpenData sources using Browserless (Puppeteer).
- Backend Development: Build out platform logic and APIs using Laravel (PHP).
- Frontend Support: Integrate backend logic with a React-based dashboard (light support, not heavy UI work).
- Notification System: Develop a flexible alert system (email, PDF exports, Airtable integration).
- Payment System: Set up tiered subscription billing, including account limits, access controls, and Stripe or similar integration.
- Infrastructure: Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS) and deployment pipelines.
- Database: Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge for handling structured compliance data

Ideal Skills:
- Web scraping & browser automation (Browserless, Puppeteer)
- Laravel + API development
- Familiarity with React for UI integration
- Stripe (or equivalent) payment setup
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, etc.)
- SQL/PLSQL for querying structured datasets
